Allen Joanis is the Owner of Ketos Creative, LLC in Fort Worth, TX. (www.KetosCreative.com). Ketos Creative operates Creative Services and a Creative Academy. The Ketos staff provides services and instruction for Music, Photography, Videography, Digital Design (Graphic and Web) and Recording in their full service recording studio. Ketos Creative, LLC is also the parent company for Ketos Records and Ketos Publishing. Allen spends most of his time finding and developing talent for Ketos Records and finding and grooming songwriters for Ketos Publishing. He specializes in training students to sing while playing an instrument, helping them develop their own Brand as an artist, and equipping them with the business skills necessary to pursue a career in the music industry.
Allen studied Percussion at the University of North Texas, James Madison University, and Radford University where he completed a BMME in Music Education with an emphasis in Curriculum Development and Audio Production. During his drumline years, Allen marched for the Cadets and the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps as well as the University of North Texas A Line and James Madison University Drumline. He was on staff at various points in his career for the Bluecoats, Carolina Crown and the Madison Scouts. He also served as Executive Director for Surround Sound Percussion WGI drumline. Allen's scholastic instructional and design resume includes groups such as Marcus High School in Flower Mound, TX, Ronald Reagan High School in San Antonio, TX, Dobyns-Bennett High School in Kingsport, TN, Burleson High School in Burleson, TX, and many more. He is the former owner of JW3 Music Publications and Show Design. During his tenure with JW3, he designed for hundreds of groups all across the continental United States. He is an accomplished composer, arranger, and drill designer.
